You must make all court appearances until the case is decided by a plea, a jury trial, or a dismissal; if convicted you must also appear in court for sentencing.
When you are out on bail, and for the duration of your case, you must notify this office within 24-hours of any change(s) of your residence, telephone number or employment. This is especially important so we can contact you if the court changes your next court date, etc.
While out on bail you may need to check in with our office, in person or by phone, on a regular basis. Please make certain that you check in as directed. If you forget or cannot check in as schedule, call us as soon as you realize you missed a check-in.
Don’t know your next court date, please call our office immediately. We can check with the Court and advise you of when you need to be there. Please call with plenty of time prior to your appearance and during normal court business hours. Please do not call the day before after court business hours, the courts are closed, and we will not be able to obtain any information for you.
If you miss a court appearance for any reason, call us immediately (or have someone call us for you), so we can assist you with getting the failure to appear taken care of.
If you are arrested or have police contact while out on bail with Annie’s or Action Bail Bonds please contact your bail agent immediately.
